After a career of more than 35 years as an HR Manager at Shell Research, PwC, Vinçotte, Belgacom and AXA, Georges
decided to reinvent himself. With a briefcase packed full of experience, insights and proven methods, he took the plunge and switched to Executive Business Coaching.

Since 2011, he has coached executives, senior managers, high potentials and teams in their quest for sustainable professional and personal growth, across Europe.

Ingrid Haladyn,
experienced psychologist and retailer by nature.

A highly experienced psychologist who loves to focus on people, with over 20 years’ experience. First as HR Business Partner at Belgacom and Truvo, later as HR Manager at Unilever. Since 2011, she has helped candidates to identify their talents, working both for companies and for individuals. Like Georges, she works in Dutch, English and French.
